No More Jiggly Butts!
Curious to hear about other peoples' preferences. I detest mornings and would much rather hit the gym in the evening, but A) it's way more crowded then, and B) I seem to end up running late for everything if I work out in the evening.
I'm trying to get on a schedule of hitting the gym briefly before work, and it's slowly getting more bearable. Several coworkers hit the company gym around lunchtime (people tend to stagger their workout times since it's a small gym room) but I think I'd have problems getting back to the daily grind if I did that.
So, what do you all like to do?
